The weather forecast is always displayed in the Main Panel visible immediately after logging into the application. In the Location windows you will see the current weather as shown in the picture below.
If you are using the Professional Package or you have purchased the Weather Alerts module, you have access to the Weather Forecast tabs. The Smart Roof Platform application gives you the opportunity to check the weather forecast for a selected Location in two variants:
- for the next 48 hours;
- for the next 7 days.
In case you are using a different package, you will only see the current weather for a given Location. You will not be able to verify the forecast details in any of the variants. Additionally, you will see a padlock next to the tab titles, and a button will appear on your screen as in the photo below.
All you have to do is click the yellow “Read more” button. You will be redirected to ours websites about Weather Alerts where you will find the contact form. You can fill it in or contact our Customer Service Office directly by sending an e-mail to the following address: service@sense.com.pl
