2022: RECEIVING A PATENT CERTIFICATE
The Patent Office of the Republic of Poland approved the Sense Monitoring application. The inventor got a patent certificate as a proof of the patent holder’s patented invention. By now the measuring system and the method of measuring the displacement of structural elements designed by Sense Monitoring is covered by the patent.
2021: NEW PRODUCT – TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
We have always wanted to act comprehensively. Realizing that in winter it is precisely the proper snow removal from the roof that constitutes the basic difficulty, we have introduced a personalized flat roof snow removal instruction to our offer. This is a new product and new quality.
2020: WEATHER ALERTS APPLICATION MODULE
We have expanded the Smart Roof Platform with a new, independent module, which is Weather Alerts. Thanks to notifications, application users learn about potential weather danger and have enough time to prepare for difficult weather conditions. Managing weather risks becomes even easier from your phone.
2020: MOBILE APPLICATION RELEASE
The Smart Roof Platform can be used not only on a computer, but also can be downloaded to your mobile device from Google Play or the AppStore. The Platform collects and analyzes data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Measurements are made with such frequency as to inform the user about the possible risk in advance.
2019: NEW RBD PRODUCT FOR THE DETECTION OF WATER STORAGE ON FLAT ROOFS
To meet the expectations of our customers, we have developed a solution that protects against excessive damming of water on roofs, e.g. as a result of obstruction of the inlet or excessive rainfall.
2019: BEGINNING OF COOPERATION WITH PANATTONI EUROPE
Panattoni Europe has started cooperation with Sense Monitoring, which provides smart systems for automatic flat roofs control. The use of the Smart Roof platform facilitates monitoring condition of roof structures and reduces roof maintenance costs.
2018: INNOVATIVE PRODUCT FOR LOGISTICS, TRANSPORT AND PRODUCTION 2018
On December 4th, the results of the Innovative Product for Logistics, Transport and Production 2018 competition were announced during the Logistics, Transport, Production 2018 Gala at the Sofitel Victoria hotel in Warsaw. The main prize in the competition was awarded to Sense Monitoring for Sense S-One system – an innovative system for continuous roof inspection flat surfaces and to prevent overloading.
2018: EUROPEAN START-UP DAYS
As part of the 10th edition of the European Economic Congress, over 150 thematic sessions were held with the participation of 900 speakers, 700 accredited journalists and 11.5 thousand guests. The European Start-up Days accompanying the Congress were visited by 2.5 thousand people. Sense Monitoring won in the Tradition & Modernity category, receiving awards from the President of the PTWP Group, ING Bank Vice-President and the President of Business Link Poland.
2017: WOLVES SUMMIT
Wolves Summit is an international conference gathering startups, investors, corporate representatives and coders from over 50 countries around the world. Sense Monitoring was the only Polish company selected for the top ten and so-called Great Pitch. We were awarded by Amazon Web Services and invited by the Plug In Foundation to have a presentation in London.
2017: STARTUPS IN THE PALACE
Out of several hundred applications, the Council of the Startup Poland Foundation selected 33 best projects, of which the 10 best projects were finally invited to present themselves in front of the President of the Republic of Poland, government representatives and presidents of the largest companies. Sense Monitoring received a special “passport”, which entitled Sense to participate in one of the economic missions of the head of state.
2016: EUROPEAN STARTUP AWARDS
Global Startup Awards is a competition organized since 2012 in 52 countries and 5 regions of the world. We received the title of the best solution in the Smart City category in Poland and an invitation for the award ceremony held in the European Parliament.

The Sense S-One is the excellent example of the use of modern technologies in the field of building management, especially in the field of roof structure inspection. Its constant monitoring, recording of variables, as well as their analysis – including the forecasted weather – will not only optimize the costs resulting from the maintenance of the facility, but also react in advance to changing conditions.
I have an extensive experience in building maintenance. I am confidence of this structure, but system provided by Sense can inform me in advance about the necessary service action. And this is its great advantage.
We met Sense Monitoring during the Industrial Innovation Day. We were intrigued by their modern approach to the roof problems. We decided very quickly that such system as the one created by Sense, must be installed in our new hall.
We work with several startups representing the hardware industry. However, no one before has come to us with a solution that may be useful in the everyday use of buildings. We believe that Sense Monitoring would become our client, not just a service provider.

Every company with a dispersed network of buildings struggles with the control of current costs. Therefore we were looking for a solution that would allow us, while being at the headquarters in Warsaw, to keep track of the situation on the roofs of our stores. The Sense S-One system exceeded our expectations because not only it improved safety, but also allowed us to save money on snow removal and repairs of the roof membrane.
At the beginning, we implemented the SENSE S-One system in the WER Bydgoszcz building with a roof area of 17,000 m2. The installation itself was carried out at an express pace, which allowed for its launch in the winter season. In the next steps, we plan to successively equip further logistic buildings of Poczta Polska, thanks to which flat roof risk management will be possible from the headquarters in Warsaw.
The Sense S-One system has been installed in our new hall of the Silesian Logistics Center in Sosnowiec. Now, thanks to a smart application, we have always updated knowledge on the roof structure reaction to various atmospheric phenomena. It is irreplaceable in our daily work because it supports the management of the facility. A thing really worth recommending to others.
