The Platform collects measurements provided by the SENSE S-One sensors – our patented device measuring roof deflection in real-time, while the Water Level Sensors (DSW) monitor the drainage inlets’ functionality. When predefined thresholds are exceeded, the system immediately alerts you to any events requiring your attention.

The SENSE Smart Roofs Platform collects and analyzes data 24/7 to keep you informed about potential risks – before they become a problem. Measurements are taken at optimized intervals to provide early warnings about any structural threats to your roof. All data is securely stored in the cloud and easily accessible from any mobile device, anytime and anywhere.

The Platform also offers an additional Weather Alerts feature, which provides useful forecasts on how weather conditions may affect the condition of the roof structure.
